I don't know what I wanna blog today..........~!!!! Argggggg........ Definately not in the right mood to blog right now....

I've been thinking about the past and how i miss school days now.... I miss those school days sitting at the canteen talking with my friends and how we attend lessons everyday...

One by one.... everyone is leaving... or should i say had left.... First Dhiraj... followed by Kobit... Den a few weeks ago was Psy.... next AB left without telling us.... a few days ago was Sanjaya... now Nom is leaving.....

I rmb the day I got up early to send Sanj... i couldn't sleep the day before he left... we used to have such a big fight last year and i tot we will be enemies forever but after the so call 'war', we eventually became closer... It is really heart breaking to see him leave.... and what worse was to see his girlfriend seeing him leave and the way she cried and hugged him the last time...

OKok!!! There is this stupid cat downstairs keep 'meow-ing'... now it starts to irritate me.... i wonder if it is giving birth.. it keep 'meow-ing' non-stop like there is no tml...
Yeah!!!!! Counting down 5 days to chalet....... hahahaha.... i'm getting really excited.. i'm looking forward to the chalet right now... hoho... i wanna watch 'Brotherhood'.. hopefully Mr Pun brings it along with him...
I just started working today..... and i'm washing the plates and cups like crazy... i mean.. it's ok.. just that there are tons and tons of things to be wash because of the buffet period.... argggg!!! but i meet some nice customers also... so.... well.... i don't mind....
Anyway.... i'm getting my pay tml... HOHO!!! so.... it is shopping time~!!!!!!! i have never ending things to be bought.. hmm... i'll see how things goes tml... gonna get some stuffs for my hamster with my pay..... hehe..... *wink*

Argg!!!!!!!! i wrote one entry and it got deleted without me knowing it.....
anyway... i was about to post my entry of the happening in this week but some time happened suddenly and right now i'm hella excited and happy...... hahahaha... i think right now, this moment, i'm the most happy person on Earth... well... that is for now one...... hahahaha....
i lost all the feelings for my past days.. so i'll get the rest updated some time around next week.... right now i'm going crazy already..... :P

wah... it's been a week since i last update?? hahaha... so many things happen during this week but i didn't have time to get this blog update because i was soooo busy working and shopping... hahaha.. plus my computer was super lag lately...

today we went ChinaTown to get our uniform because we're starting work next week... Yippee.... dunno should i be happy to be working at the cafe or not.. although i know Miki and Kai Xia but still i'm seperated from ah teng and ah hiang... *sigh*

den after that we went AMK station to get our KenWood pay... oh.... finally i got my pay... dahahaha..... not much.. only 173 bucks but we still went shopping at Singapore Post and went Hougang Mall to get Nom and Sanjaya something since they will be leaving soon....

we're all excited for the upcoming chalet on the 31st.. but this kind of events going on will always trigger some unhappiness.. and this time it is the bbq date.. some want it on the first day of the chalet... of coz we objected... i mean.... which chalet have their bbq on the first night?? somemore our chalet is on for 4 days 3 nights.... definately it is something so stupid.. Arrggggggg~~!!!!!

okok.... enough of all the grumbles..... hahaha.. i bought Shinhwa's 2nd Winter Story album which i have been searching for almost a month.. i went to 2 HMV outlets and Tower Record but didn't find any... i tot those big record company will have them.. but i found it at hougang mall's cd rama... hahahaha....i also saw Eric's Banjun Drama costing $49.90.... i'm still considering to buy it... we'll see how then....

Aww... This year MTV Asia Award is held at Thailand and this is driving me crazy.... Why so many years in Singapore without Shinhwa and now WITH Shinhwa and NOT in Singapore????????? oh god...... FATE FATE FATE~!!! I'll be getting my pay on 23rd and 27th.. so that makes me having financial support for myself... And not forgetting the Merit Award i'll be getting this Saturday... that will be $250 cheque... Right now i'm still planning of going over Thailand one day before if possible but i need lots of courage.. At first my sister said it is not a good idea but then she is thinking of going over too but she have school on that day... Oh Man~!!! Heaven is not on my side......

I think i did mention on the previous post that we all got busted but Melx that freaky bastard.... and guess what?? Today... i only know about being busted by Ricki who all along i trusted her words..... SH*t MAN!! but still... i choose to believe whatever she said.. that is up to now unless things get clear up soon.. count me being silly and stupid..... or naive for all i care...

I'm not in the perfect mood right now... just feel like letting off my unhappiness...

I wanted to work with GARY~!!!!!!!!! although i didn't talk to him much when we were working back in KenWood.... but no doubt about him being the nicest guy.. hoho... i think ChuiTeng and MeiHiang surely agree with me(they told me abt him first).. haha... how i wish i can work with him again when i saw him at AMK today... although we are still working in the same comapny but we went to different places.... Awwww.... *sob* i'm not crazy about him.. but i just find him really nice...

Yeah.!!! I'm having seaweed soup right now.. kekeke... it is my fav soup other than potato soup*smile*.. hahaha.... i have a early dinner today cuz i'm already feeling tired so i tot of turning in early today...

Today i woke up at 8 to prepare to go to the airport at around 9 plus cuz psy is leaving... well... to be honest... not only we're going to send psy... we are also going to send won bin... dahahaha~!! like i said yesterday i saw him at Lido so i definately wouldn't give airport a miss.... i took video of him at the airport.. how i wish i could post it here but unfortunately it can't be played on computer... i have no idea why too..... *sigh* OH!!!! and also...... AB and Psy's parents saw us 'chasing' Won Bin, as in following him... and i was damn paisei... but come to think about it i think there is nothing wrong with doing that... in anyway... i'm a normal teenage girl who fancy idols like anyone else do... *grin*

So... talking about psy... i have the urge to cry when he takes our hand and said bye.... i mean it... really... although he went in not long and i got freaked out by the sudden Won Bin fans' arrival but still..... parting with a 5 years classmate isn't that simple as ABC... so... please don't think that we're there just to see Won Bin off..... we're not..~!!

After that Chuiteng got a call from Eric and we headed off to AMK straight after we had our lunch at Burger King... hahaha... guess what?? we got a job at Tai Seng... we'll be starting work on Friday... not working everyday thou but our working day crushes with our chalet days.... so.... we'll see how it goes... either we take leave or we give chalet a miss which i think most probably wouldn't unless there is no choice... keke...

Earlier on i went to SS forum... and came across a atrocious topic of a girl name melx meeting Shinhwa in Singapore... when i was reading i was like.... did they do this? did they went to that place? wasn't he staying behind at the hotel? huh? was it on that day? i mean... i admit i don't know alot of details like the others do... but... well.... at least i know and got all the facts right... i actually wanted to post up my comments of that stupid topic but too bad it was closed.... silly how she got busted..... what's the world becoming to...... *shake head*

Tml we can go back to school to play floorball... but right now i'm not in the mood... Firozi told be it would be at 330 through msn but i'm not quite sure about it.. i agreed to going back for floorball because we wanted to have one last game with psy before he leaves but now he left already so what's the point of going back.. i don't mean i no longer have the passion for floorball anymore... well... not totally but i still likes floorball... guess i'll just think about it before i go to sleep tonight...

Right now i'm tired so i'll just write down what i did briefly... in case i lose the feeling to write tml.... hahaha...
Today went Cine to watch 'Meet The Fockers' with meihiang and chuiteng... hahaha... it's been a long time since i last catch a movie and ate popcorns.. dahahaha.....
after that we went Taka to eat... yup.. as usual cuz Taka is a food paradise... before that we went to Supreme... and i saw this magazine with JunJin and Eric on the cover page but it coss $12.90.. like f**k... it is so damn expensive.. so i gave it a miss and didn't buy anything from the shop cuz i was feeling so grumpy about the prices... they are cheating on student's money...
Enough of being grumpy for now... haha... let's see... after that we went Lido to see Won Bin.. at first didn't really feel that excited until he came out... OH MY GOD~~!!!! i have to admit that he is the most handsome guy i've ever see (excluding my oppa(s)!).. i don't think anyone on earth can be more handsome than him (same... exclude my oppa(s)!).. keke... *faint*
Psy is leaving tml at 1230.. *sigh* i don't know how i'll feel to see him leave.. after all.. we've been classmates and friends for quite sometimes.. soo....i don't know... I'll just wish him well.....

Today.. the last day of work at KenWood... omo.... although i don't really like working there because of the temp workers there. We were having lots of fun there.. playing with the 'skateboard'.. dahahaha... den we keep wanting to go up to the third storey.. we also imidate Komaya, Santo, Condo & Taka... kekeke.... But still, today really mood off because the last day to see Komaya~!!!! -.-

Getting my pay tml at 130.. hoho.. i'm so happy about it.. den i'll be going to shop around city and meet Finna at 630 to get my vcds.. hoho.. total will be 12 bucks.. now i regret not ordering more vcds at that time cuz i didn't have a job when i order.. *sob*

I don't know why.. i just feel like being alone lately.. maybe i'm feeling exhausted from the 'no life' job.. hahahahaha... but it's over already..
I just went to SS and saw the message of Ricki.. and i was like OH MY GOD~!! she actually work in Avex as a reporter and worked with Shinhwa for 5 awards day last month.... argggggg~!!!!! life is really so unfair........

India asks "Why weren't we warned?"

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - For two and a half hours the tsunami sped towards the Indian coast, yet nobody was warned.
The waves struck Indonesia, Thailand and then submerged an air force base on the Indian island of Car Nicobar, 1,200 km (800 miles) from the mainland.
Finally, minutes before the deadly waters struck, the sea began to rapidly recede from India's eastern shore. In some places, children scurried onto the beach to pick up shells.
Faxes were sent between government departments, but still no warning was given to the public. Finally the tsunami struck, with devastating effect.
"At every stage, there was a shrinking window of opportunity to warn people. But nothing happened," said Barun Mitra of Liberty Institute, a New Delhi-based think-tank.
"A country that hopes to run the call centres of the world could not call its own people."
India's grief over Sunday's tsunami has not yet given way to anger, with most people too stunned by the awesome power of nature to blame their government. But the media are beginning to ask the question -- was the bureaucracy fatally complacent?
The Indian Express Newspaper says the top brass of the Indian Air Force knew their Nicobar Air base had been submerged a full hour before the waves struck the mainland coast.
The Indian Meteorological Department knew of the earthquake within minutes. Its first fax went out two and half hours later, and was sent to the home of the previous government's science and technology minister, rather than his successor, the paper said.
The IMD only informed the home ministry itself after the tsunami had struck, a ministry official told Reuters.
"The debate is on and it will go on, whether we could have reacted faster," the home ministry's secretary in charge of disaster management, A.K. Rastogi, told Reuters.
"My dear, it was a Sunday. Time was taken by the officer to get ready and get into the car -- but there was no delay."
"You have to appreciate that there has been no system like this, and now everyone is getting wiser. In future, I hope, the Indian Meteorological Department will be better."
It is certainly easy to be wise after the event, and the IMD says it had never in its "wildest imagination" expected a tsunami on this scale to strike India.
Seismologist Arun Bapat says he has been warning of the risk of a tsunami for decades, yet no one was listening.
"There have been four tsunamis in India in the last 100 years, and it is well-known that an earthquake of such a large magnitude generates a tsunami. There was no system in place."
Yet the Meteorological Department is all too convenient a scapegoat, some commentators have argued.
The Indian Express newspaper blamed the government's "tunnel vision", its policy of self-reliance, and its reluctance to take part in international scientific collaboration.
India was not among the 26 countries which were alerted within minutes of the earthquake, using a system of seismic sensors and tidal gauges linked to ocean buoys. The truth, perhaps, is that India has long been more wary of its Indian Ocean neighbours than worried about tsunamis.
The final irony is that a system is in place to warn fisherman of an impending cyclone within minutes, with 500 receivers along the coast ready to broadcast in native languages.
Four days late, the government sprung into action. Saying it had picked up a warning "from a number of experts outside country" that another earthquake might be on its way, the home ministry issued a tsunami warning.
There was widespread panic along the coast and the aid effort was interrupted for hours as coastal areas were evacuated.
It turned out to be a false alarm.
Science Minister Kapil Sibal called it "hogwash" and relief workers called it a "cruel joke".

okok... my entry for the day would be this article reported today and i happen to come across awhile ago and i thought i should share this to those who are equally concern about the tsunami happened last week. Now i'm thinking.. all this is kinda a joke cracked by the people who actually have the ability to change the fate of the deaths rather than nature. this is simply ridiculous.. and what's more dumb is that i'm actually making a senseless and useless comment in my blog. JAKARTA, Indonesia - The world's most powerful earthquake in 40 years triggered massive tidal waves that slammed into villages and seaside resorts across southern and southeast Asia on Sunday, killing more than 7,000 people in six countries.

Tourists, fishermen, homes and cars were swept away by walls of water up to 20 feet high that swept across the Bay of Bengal, unleashed by the 8.9-magnitude earthquake centered off the west coast of the Indonesian island of Sumatra.

In Sri Lanka, 1,000 miles west of the epicenter, more than 3,000 people were killed, the country's top police official said. At least 1,870 died in Indonesia, and 1,900 along the southern coasts of India. At least 198 were confirmed dead in Thailand, 42 in Malaysia and 2 in Bangladesh.

But officials expected the death toll to rise dramatically, with hundreds reported missing and all communications cut off to Sumatran towns closest to the epicenter. Hundreds of bodies were found on various beaches alongIndia's southern state of Tamil Nadu, and more were expected to be washed in by the sea, officials said.

The rush of waves brought to sudden disaster to people carrying out their daily activities on the ocean's edge: Sunbathers on the beaches of the Thai resort of Phuket were washed away; a group of 32 Indians — including 15 children — were killed while taking a ritual Hindu bath to mark the full moon day; fishing boats, with their owners clinging to their sides, were picked up by the waves and tossed away.

"All the planet is vibrating" from the quake, said Enzo Boschi, the head of Italy's National Geophysics Institute. Speaking on SKY TG24 TV, Boschi said the quake even disturbed the Earth's rotation.

The U.S. Geological Survey (news - web sites) measured the quake at a magnitude of 8.9. Geophysicist Julie Martinez said it was the world's fifth-largest since 1900 and the largest since a 9.2 temblor hit Prince William Sound Alaska in 1964.

On Sumatra, the quake destroyed dozens of buildings — but as elsewhere, it was the wall of water that followed that caused the most deaths and devastation.

Tidal waves leveled towns in the province of Aceh on Sumatra's northern tip, the region closest to the epicenter. An Associated Press reporter saw bodies wedged in trees as the waters receded. More bodies littered the beaches.

Health ministry official Els Mangundap said 1,876 people had died across the region, including some 1,400 in the Aceh provincial capital, Banda Aceh. Communications to the town had been cut.

Relatives went through lines of bodies wrapped in blankets and sheets, searching for dead loved ones. Aceh province has long been the center of a violent insurgency against the government.

The worst known death toll so far was in Sri Lanka, where a million people were displaced from wrecked villages. Some 20,000 soldiers were deployed in relief and rescue and to help police maintain law and order. Police chief, Chandra Fernando said at least 3,000 people were dead in areas under government control.

"It is a huge tragedy," said Lalith Weerathunga, secretary to the Sri Lankan prime minister. "The death toll is going up all the time." He said the government did not know what was happening in areas of the northeast controlled by Tamil Tiger rebels.

An AP photographer saw two dozen bodies along a four-mile stretch of beach, some of children entangled in the wire mesh used to barricade seaside homes. Other bodies were brought up from the beach, wrapped in sarongs and laid on the road, while rows of men and women lined the roads asking if anyone had seen their relatives.

Around one million people were displaced from their homes, Weerathunga said.

In India, beaches were turned into virtual open-air mortuaries, with bodies of people caught in the tidal wave being washed ashore.

In Tamil Nadu state, just across the straits from Sri Lanka, 1,567 people were killed, said the state's top elected official, Chief Minister Jayaram Jayalalithaa.



Another 200 died in neighboring Andhra Pradesh state, 102 in Pondicherry and 28 others in Kerala and elsewhere, according to the governments in each state.

"I was shocked to see innumerable fishing boats flying on the shoulder of the waves, going back and forth into the sea, as if made of paper," said P. Ramanamurthy, 40, who lives in Andra Pradesh's Kakinada town. "I had never imagined anything like this could happen."

The huge waves struck around breakfast time on the beaches of Thailand's beach resorts — probably Asia's most popular holiday destination at this time of year, particularly for Europeans fleeing the winter cold — wiping out bungalows, boats and cars, sweeping away sunbathers and snorkelers, witnesses said.

"Initially we just heard a bang, a really loud bang," Gerrard Donnelly of Britain, a guest at Phuket island's Holiday Inn, told Britain's Sky News. "We initially thought it was a terrorist attack, then the wave came and we just kept running upstairs to get on as high ground as we could."

"People that were snorkeling were dragged along the coral and washed up on the beach, and people that were sunbathing got washed into the sea," said Simon Clark, 29, a photographer from London vacationing on Ngai island.

On Phi Phi island — where "The Beach" starring Leonardo DiCaprio was filmed — 200 bungalows at two resorts were swept out to sea.

"I am afraid that there will be a high figure of foreigners missing in the sea and also my staff," said Chan Marongtaechar, owner of the PP Princess Resort and PP Charlie Beach Resort.

Indonesia, a country of 17,000 islands, is prone to seismic upheaval because of its location on the margins of tectonic plates that make up the so-called the "Ring of Fire" around the Pacific Ocean basin.

The Indonesian quake struck just three days after an 8.1 quake struck the ocean floor between Australia and Antarctica, causing buildings to shake hundreds of miles away but no serious damage or injury.

Quakes reaching a magnitude 8 are very rare. A quake registering magnitude 8 rocked Japan's northern island of Hokkaido on Sept. 25, 2003, injuring nearly 600 people. An 8.4 magnitude tremor that stuck off the coast of Peru on June 23, 2001, killed 74.
